After the start it will be easy

I remember myself crying at home just because other people told me I would be too skinny and I wouldn‘t have any curves. I never thought I could ever have an ass or a nice body in any way. I had absolutely no confidence. I don’t wanna spoiler right know but that changed. Do you want to know how?

I got up and started doing some sport at home. Of course my training wasn’t that effective at first but that changed and also I had really much fun. Not always but most of the time. At the beginning i watched some YouTube videos and Instagram posts, then I started to write some plans by myself and after a year I went to the gym for the first time. It felt great, almost like love at the first time being there? Anyways, I went to the gym like 5 or 6 times per weak. It sounds a lot and it is a lot but I was still a student so i was able to easily go there after school. I saw results already after a few weeks and I got stronger with every training.

Doing some sport isn’t hard but doing it for the first time with no idea what you should do exactly and without being good in it, that’s the hard part. You need to overcome the thoughts which are telling you that you won’t be able to make it. Be kind to yourself and get the discipline to get your goals. I‘m going to the gym for 2 years now and the people which were bodyshaming me ask me for advice. I reached my goals and you can do this too! Be positive. 🙂
